Changeling:

When I wrote the article, I only knew about definitions one and three, but definition two was there so I figured I would include it. I feel definition three is a beautiful way to describe the rise of Barak Obama, and definition two will be a good definition to use for anyone who votes to re-elect him.

What has Barak Obama done over the last 100 days that alters so much from the Bush administration? Not much. Read Sara Adams’s articles about his "positive change" in regards to civil liberties and the Bush administration, and my previous article for his lack of foreign policy change.

For the author of the article challenging my usage of the word I have a few additional points to make.

Obama has changed his mind on his issues so much from his campaign that no one knows what he will do for our country see definition three…

The definition of changeling proposed in your article "A term describing an influential person bringing about positive change by ways of their leadership, intelligence, and guidance" is questionable.

The term positive is very subjective. One man’s riches are another’s debts. Lucky for us and our children, and our children’s children, there will be plenty of debt to go around. I may be wrong, and if I am I will admit it, but I don’t foresee Obama being a positive change to the economic climate or the furtherance of civil liberties. I will have to address your list of Changelings later, but for now, Malcolm X was a racist, and the equivalent of the Imperial Wizard, or leader of the KKK.

Furthermore, I feel your article vindicates my position even more. Not only were many Obama supporters duped to begin with, but the fact that you don’t realize that Obama is a non-change even now proves it was all about the Obama hype to begin with. All I ask is that you critically analyze Candidate Obama with President Obama.
